Executive Assistant

Our client, a prominent high-end Interior Designer is looking for a full-time Executive Assistant to work out of her Manhattan office.   You'll be playing a crucial role in supporting the designer's operations and ensuring smooth workflow. Here are some key responsibilities and skills that might be relevant for this position:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and events for the designer.
  2. Communication: Serve as a point of contact between clients, suppliers, and team members. Respond to emails and calls in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Project Coordination: Assist in coordinating projects, ensuring timelines are met, and stakeholders are informed of progress.
  4. Client Interaction: Prepare for client meetings by organizing presentations, materials, and samples.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Handle invoicing, expense reports, and manage office supplies.
  6. Research: Conduct research on design trends, materials, and suppliers to support project development.
  7. Social Media and Marketing Support: Assist with maintaining the designer’s online presence and marketing efforts.
  8. Vendor Relationships: Build strong vendor relationships and be responsible for sending and following up on invoices.

Essential Skills:

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and vendors.

Position Compensation:

  • Salary: $110,000 - $125,000
