Experienced House Manager/Personal Assistant
Location: Mill Valley, CA (Local Candidates Preferred)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Flexible/Hybrid

About the Role:
A thoughtful and private client in Mill Valley is seeking a House Manager to oversee the daily operations of their home. While much of the role can be handled remotely, the ideal candidate will live nearby and be available to step in as needed—especially when the principal is traveling (typically 2 days per week). On those days, tasks include walking the dog, doing some light laundry, and general household upkeep.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage all household systems (WiFi, home maintenance, vendor scheduling)
- Handle bill pay and ensure all accounts, services, and policies are current
- Sort and manage household mail and documents
- Provide daily care for the family dog (feeding, walking)
- Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, car servicing, and post office trips
- Light housekeeping and laundry (especially on travel days)
- Coordinate with property managers for additional homes in Lake Tahoe and New York
- Communicate with vendors and service providers

- Comfortable working independently and adapting to changing needs
Compensation: $100,000–$125,000/year DOE
