Nanny/Family Assistant

Miami Beach, Florida

Live-In Nanny/Family Assistant – Miami Beach, FL

Schedule: 6 Days/Week | ~60 Hours Weekly | Daily 2-Hour Breaks
Compensation: $100,000–$115,000 DOE
Commitment: Full-Time, Long-Term

A kind, grounded family in beautiful Miami Beach is seeking a Live-In Nanny/Family Assistant to join their household as a long-term, deeply valued presence. This is a peaceful, family-centered home, and the role is best suited for someone who is gentle, professional, and takes joy in caring for others—not someone with a big ego or need to be in the spotlight.

The family includes a sweet 6-month-old baby girl, a smart and fun 9-year-old boy, a gentle puppy, and a stay-at-home mom who leads with warmth and positivity. Dad travels so mom could use an extra set of hands. You’ll work in close partnership with Mom, supporting her as she navigates the early days of babyhood, and helping the entire household run smoothly.

  • You’ll be valued as a partner, not just an employee—working shoulder-to-shoulder with a kind, thoughtful mom.

  • The energy of the home is calm, positive, and grounded. If you’re quiet-natured, observant, and love routines, you’ll thrive here.

  • No degree required—your experience, maturity, and care matter most.

  • A  full-time housekeeper is on staff.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Loving, full-time care of a 4-month-old baby girl

  • Light support for the family’s 9-year-old son

  • Keeping the home, pantry, and closets tidy and organized

  • Running the occasional errand (dry cleaner, post office, etc.)

  • Light family meal prep and maintaining a grocery list

  • Walking the family’s friendly, well-trained young dog

  • Helping create a warm, predictable rhythm to the family’s day

  • Being a calm, steady, and supportive presence in the home

Who You Are

  • Experienced with infants (3+ years preferred)

  • Naturally calm, respectful, and warm—but not overly talkative or high-energy

  • Enjoy working behind the scenes and being quietly helpful

  • Proactive but never pushy—you know how to “read the room”

  • Reliable, tidy, emotionally intuitive, and happy to support others

  • Comfortable working alongside a parent who is very hands-on

  • Fluent in English; pet-friendly; passport-ready is a bonus

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $100,000 – $120,000 (DOE)

  • Private live-in accommodations provided

  • Paid vacation time

  • Daily breaks + thoughtful, sustainable scheduling
  • Travel  is preferred- domestic and international
