Job Title: Full-Time Personal Assistant

Salary: $90k to $120k; depending on experience

Job Description:

A UHNW individual is seeking a highly organized and driven Personal Assistant to support him and his staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong operational mindset, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think outside the box. Must have an OCD type of personality and be able to tackle tasks well. This role requires someone who thrives on completing projects quickly and efficiently, has an obsessive focus on organization, and is results-oriented. The candidate should be able to work independently, travel if needed, and manage tasks both remotely and in person.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive executive and personal support to the UHNW individual and his staff.
  • Manage and execute various projects with a high level of attention to detail and precision.
  • Organize and prioritize tasks, ensuring all deadlines are met in a timely manner.
  • Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, with the ability to travel if necessary.
  • Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Think creatively to solve problems and streamline workflows.
  • Assist with personal tasks, including scheduling, errands, and household management.
  • Ability and flexibility to travel with the principal 

Qualifications:

  • Strong operational and organizational skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results quickly.
  • Creative thinker who can approach challenges with innovative solutions.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably supporting a high-profile or UHNW individual.
  • Willingness to travel and flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
