A leading real estate and media firm based in Manhattan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to support a high-profile executive at the center of multiple fast-paced ventures spanning real estate, media, branding, and public engagements.

Calendar Management: Take full ownership of an intricate and rapidly changing calendar, coordinating meetings, events, and personal obligations with precision and foresight.
Real Estate Support: Monitor real estate deal flow, liaise with brokers, developers, and legal teams, and ensure timely documentation and transaction oversight.
Communication & Relationship Management: Serve as a point of contact for clients, internal teams, media contacts, and stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and discretion at all times.
Travel Coordination: Plan and manage comprehensive travel itineraries (domestic and international), including accommodations, meetings, private aviation, and logistical planning.
Project Execution: Lead or assist with high-impact projects, such as real estate launches, events, and brand initiatives—ensuring deadlines, budgets, and goals are met.
Administrative & Operational Support: Handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including expense reporting, vendor management, and various personal and business support functions.
Professional Representation: Uphold the highest standards of brand image and confidentiality across all interactions and communications.
Experience: 3–7+ years supporting a C-level executive, founder, or public figure—preferably within luxury real estate, high-end hospitality, or private equity environments.
Industry Knowledge: Strong real estate industry fluency is highly preferred, including an understanding of listing and transaction processes.
Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and scheduling/travel tools. Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Compass, BoomTown) is a plus.
