We are looking for a dedicated Sous Chef who is ready to bring energy, leadership, and excellence to our back-of-house operations. What You Will Do:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth service and culinary excellence

  • Train, mentor, and manage back-of-house team members with a focus on performance and consistency

  • Ensure all menu items are executed with precision, quality, and presentation under the direction of the Executive Chef

  • Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and contribute to a positive, communicative kitchen culture

  • Maintain strict standards for sanitation, food safety, prep, storage, and rotation

  • Manage kitchen equipment maintenance and ensure cleanliness and readiness at all times

  • Identify areas for cost control, operational efficiency, and improved safety

  • Support special events, seasonal promotions, and local outreach efforts


What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen, preferably in a coastal or seafood-focused concept

  • Strong understanding of culinary operations, food safety, and team leadership

  • A hands-on, collaborative leader who thrives under pressure and leads by example

  • A passion for quality ingredients, well-executed dishes, and coastal hospitality

  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
