What You Will Do:

  • Oversee daily back-of-house operations, ensuring flawless food preparation, presentation, and execution

  • Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards and support professional development

  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef on seasonal menus, special events, and kitchen innovation

  • Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and foster a communicative, team-first kitchen environment

  • Maintain strict adherence to sanitation, safety, and food handling procedures

  • Monitor food quality, inventory, and storage to reduce waste and ensure consistency

  • Maintain and troubleshoot kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness

  • Identify and implement opportunities for cost control and improved efficiency without sacrificing quality

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an upscale or fine dining kitchen, ideally with Mediterranean or globally inspired cuisine

  • A hands-on leader who can inspire and elevate the performance of a dynamic culinary team

  • Knowledge of food safety standards, proper storage, and inventory best practices

  • An eye for detail and passion for culinary artistry and innovation

  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
