Oversee daily back-of-house operations, ensuring flawless food preparation, presentation, and execution
Lead, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high culinary standards and support professional development
Collaborate with the Executive Chef on seasonal menus, special events, and kitchen innovation
Conduct daily pre-shift briefings and foster a communicative, team-first kitchen environment
Maintain strict adherence to sanitation, safety, and food handling procedures
Monitor food quality, inventory, and storage to reduce waste and ensure consistency
Maintain and troubleshoot kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance and cleanliness
Identify and implement opportunities for cost control and improved efficiency without sacrificing quality
Previous experience in an upscale or fine dining kitchen, ideally with Mediterranean or globally inspired cuisine
A hands-on leader who can inspire and elevate the performance of a dynamic culinary team
Knowledge of food safety standards, proper storage, and inventory best practices
An eye for detail and passion for culinary artistry and innovation
Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
