Private family looking to hire a Part-Time Housekeeper/Family Assistant, 

The Ideal Candidate:
Private family seeking a proactive and experienced Housekeeper/Family Assistant to help manage the flow of their home and support with daily household needs. Responsibilities include full-charge housekeeping for their 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment, family laundry, meal prep for dinners and on-the-go breakfasts, packing bags for school and activities, grocery management, trash removal, and organizing spaces like the children’s clothing and toys. Occasional help with childcare is preferred. The ideal candidate will take initiative in creating systems and routines that keep the home running smoothly, providing reliable support as the parents balance demanding work and family schedules.

The family is seeking someone who is professional yet warm, takes initiative, and is confident offering suggestions to help build efficient systems in the home. A collaborative approach is key, as they hope to develop sustainable routines that teach their children responsibility. • Errands: Weekly Grocery Shopping
• Driving: Preferred, Not Required
• Travel: No Travel Required

Position Requirements

• Work Hours: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM 3 days/week (MWF) or 5 shorter days preferably in the evenings, somewhat flexible with the schedule, 25-30 Hours/Week
• Languages: English
• Experience: 3+ Years of Experience
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background: Background check upon contingent offer of hire
• Personality Traits: Kind, organized, initiative, confident in suggestions and taking the lead 

Position Compensation

• Salary: $30/hour DOE
