Job Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations and team development
• Lead daily FOH and BOH functions with a focus on guest satisfaction, cleanliness, and service excellence
• Collaborate with department leaders to hire, train, and retain top-tier talent
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance evaluations for hourly staff and junior managers
• Cultivate a results-driven team culture that reflects The Cove’s brand and hospitality standards
• Oversee cost controls and financial performance, including labor, COGS, and controllable expenses
• Actively participate in community initiatives and represent The Cove at local events
• Serve as a key communicator between staff, leadership, and corporate support
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as internal policies
