Position Overview
Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
Schedule: Full-time, approximately 55 hours per week (additional hours during launch phases or special events)

Responsibilities
- Lead with presence, setting the tone for excellence and high energy
- Cultivate a fast-paced, positive culture where team members thrive and guests feel the difference
- Ensure a consistently clean, guest-ready space with exceptional service at all times
- Oversee daily operations with an emphasis on event execution, upselling, and maximizing revenue
- Represent the SMASH brand while aligning with LM Restaurants’ core values and service standards
- Monitor and manage labor, food, and operational costs with data-driven decision-making
- Build strong local partnerships and drive community engagement to grow brand awareness
- Coach, develop, and inspire your team with regular feedback and support
- Confidently handle challenging situations and ensure guest satisfaction with thoughtful resolution
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience as a General Manager in a high-volume ($8MM+) restaurant or entertainment venue
- Proven track record of effective leadership and team development
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Skilled in using F&B tech platforms, POS systems, and operational software
- Solid financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and interpreting P&Ls
- Passion for delivering great guest experiences and building long-term brand loyalty
