Bridge language gaps when dealing with local services (English/Spanish)
Research tools, processes, or services to streamline household operations
Be available on-call as needed for urgent or time-sensitive matters
Experienced in personal assistant and/or household manager roles — no training wheels here
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Discreet, professional, and intuitive about when to step in or step back
Strong communicator who follows through and keeps the principals updated
Calm, solutions-focused, and flexible in navigating shifting needs or schedules

Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm with flexibility as needed
This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth as the household expands. The family values trustworthiness, initiative, and a “no task too small” mindset.
