Live-In Rotational Nanny (Fluent Spanish Speaker)
Location: Manhasset, NY (Relocating to West Village, NYC in August)

Schedule: 7 Days On / 7 Days Off (Tuesday evening–Tuesday evening)
Salary: Up to $120,000 per year + Benefits
A warm, private family is seeking an exceptional Rotational Nanny fluent in Spanish to care for their three young children—an energetic 5-year-old and affectionate 2-year-old twins. The family will be relocating from Manhasset, Long Island to West Village, NYC in August, and the position begins in July 2025.
This is a long-term opportunity for a professional who brings extensive experience, childcare expertise, and a genuine love for children. The family is bilingual and places strong cultural value on Spanish language immersion and Latin American family traditions, so a nanny who speaks Spanish fluently and appreciates these values is highly appreciated.
What the Family is Looking For:
A nanny who is fluent in Spanish
15+ years of professional nanny experience, with long-term roles and excellent references
Prior rotational schedule experience (7 days on/off) is preferred
Comfortable working in a fully staffed home with other professionals
Highly organized, proactive, discreet, and a collaborative team player
Knowledgeable about early childhood development and confident in planning daily routines, enriching activities, and supporting developmental milestones
A warm, calm, loving, and dependable presence
Schedule Details:
24/7 coverage during your 7 working days, with downtime provided while children nap or sleep (approximately 6:30/7am – 7:30/8pm)
The nanny monitors the twins overnight via baby monitor; the parents monitor the 5-year-old
Weekly handover every Tuesday evening with the co-nanny for a smooth and consistent transition
Household Overview:
3 Children: 5-year-old and 2-year-old twins
Fully staffed home including a chef, housekeeper, and weekend nanny
Parents are active and engaged, seeking someone who can be both a caregiver and a trusted partner in raising their children
Travel & Flexibility:
Must be passport-ready and open to domestic and international travel as needed
Flexibility and a can-do attitude are essential in this fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities Include:
Full care of the children during your rotation
Daily planning of age-appropriate, stimulating activities
Light housekeeping related to the children
Children’s laundry and meal preparation
Driving as needed (a valid driver’s license is required)
