Nanny/Housekeeper Needed ASAP – Medford, NJ

A warm, friendly, and very busy family in Medford, NJ is looking to hire a reliable and nurturing Nanny/Housekeeper to become a valued long-term part of their home.

Position Details

Standard Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (27 hours/week)

Optional 4th Day for More Hours:
The family is happy to offer a 4th day (Monday–Thursday or MTWF) for candidates seeking closer to full-time (35 hours/week). They are flexible on which day this is and can accommodate your schedule.

Start Date: ASAP
Compensation: $30–$35/hour (on payroll)
Benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 3 paid sick days, gas stipend

About the Role

This position is a great mix of light-to-medium housekeeping while the children are at school or camp, followed by after-school care once they’re home. The family has a biweekly cleaner to handle the deep cleaning.

Housekeeping Duties (Approx. 75% of the Role):

• General tidying and upkeep of a 3,400 sq ft home

• Vacuuming, organizing, and keeping living spaces in order

• Laundry for the family

• Kitchen upkeep (loading/unloading dishwasher, wiping counters, etc.)

• Grocery pick-up and unpacking

• Occasional errands (returns, post office, etc.)
  Note: A bi-weekly cleaning service handles deep cleaning such as bathrooms.

Childcare Duties (Approx. 25% of the Role):

• Assist in the morning with getting children on the bus (as needed)

• School/camp pickups (must drive – gas stipend provided)

• Occasionally preparing kids’ lunches

• Loving, hands-on care for three children (ages 4, 6, and 9)

Currently, the kids are in camp nearby. In the fall, school pickups will be around 1 PM and 3 PM.
