Job Title: Housekeeper (Live-Out)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Compensation: $30 - $40/hr. ( could be more depending on experience )

Overview:
A private family in Hobe Sound is seeking a trustworthy, quiet, and proactive Housekeeper to care for and maintain their 3,000 sq. ft. residence. The ideal candidate is mature, deeply respectful of privacy, and enjoys working independently in a peaceful environment. This is a long-term role with potential to transition into supporting a newly constructed 15,000 sq. ft. home next door (expected completion in approx. 18 months).

The family travels to Wyoming during the summer and takes their four French Bulldogs with them; however, the housekeeper will continue working and maintaining the Florida home year-round.

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily housekeeping duties: cleaning, laundry, organization, and general upkeep

• Light pet care when the family is in town (4 sweet and friendly French Bulldogs)

• Running errands: grocery shopping, dry cleaning, household supply restocking, etc.

• Maintaining a quiet, respectful, and professional presence in the home

• Protecting the family’s privacy and personal space at all times

• Driving is required

Ideal Candidate:

• Mature, experienced, and professional

• Spanish-speaking welcome

• Truly loves dogs — must be comfortable and affectionate with pets

• Values peace, quiet, and keeps to themselves

• Not on the phone during work hours; understands boundaries and the importance of space

• Self-starter who can take initiative and works well independently

• Respects the employer’s desire for minimal conversation and personal interaction

• Must drive and handle errands reliably
• Must have prior experience in a similar role
