Job Title: Office Housekeeper – Full-Time
Location: Midtown Manhattan, NYC
Start Date: July 21, 2025 (New Office Opening)
Compensation: $70,000/year - Competitive + Full Benefits Package


About the Role:
Company is seeking a dependable and professional Office Housekeeper to support our expanding team in Midtown Manhattan. This full-time position will be based in our new office space, housing approximately 40 employees on one floor. You will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our workplace, ensuring all office, pantry, and conference room areas are consistently well-kept, organized, and fully stocked.

As part of the broader facilities team, you’ll collaborate closely with the Receptionist and Office Manager, play a key role in day-to-day operations, and provide occasional coverage on other floors when needed. This position requires someone proactive, adaptable, and highly reliable—someone who takes pride in delivering excellent service within a polished and professional office environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage daily cleaning routines for office workspaces, private offices, conference rooms, and common areas.

  • Maintain pantry cleanliness and ensure all refreshments and supplies are well-stocked.

  • Set up and assist with food and beverage service for meetings and internal events.

  • Monitor and relay inventory and supply needs in coordination with the Receptionist.

  • Ensure all areas are presentable and maintained to the highest standard throughout the day.

  • Provide coverage for other housekeeping staff during time off as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism at all times.


Who You Are:

  • Professional, polished, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Dependable and punctual with a strong sense of accountability and follow-through.

  • Proactive and adaptable—able to anticipate needs, prioritize tasks, and adjust to changes.

  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for cleanliness, order, and presentation.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, corporate office environment.

  • Strong communicator who works well with team members and office leadership.

  • Able to lift and move supplies as needed and stay physically active throughout the shift.

  • Previous experience working in a corporate office setting is strongly preferred.


Schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
(Exact hours to be determined in coordination with the team)
