Private family in Ashburn, Virginia is seeking a dependable and highly organized Live In (or Live Out) Housekeeper. Family consists of mom, dad, two teenagers, and grandma who lives with them. 

This position can be either live-in or live-out (preferably live in).As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including laundry, housekeeping, etc. One of the key components is support for their pet, a golden retriever, who is 3 years old and recently started getting seizures (once a month). They need someone to keep an eye out and care for him when they go out to dinner or out of town, walk him 3 x/day, etc. 

Responsibilities:

1. Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness throughout the house by performing regular cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Ensure all rooms are well-organized and presentable.

2. Laundry: Handle all laundry-related duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes, linens, and towels. Follow specific care instructions for delicate items and ensure that laundry is properly sorted and put away.

3. Running Errands: Assist with various errands, such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, dropping off mail, and any other tasks requested by the employer. Ensure timely completion of errands and maintain accurate records of expenses.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role as a housekeeper
• If housekeeper elects to live out - must be available for overnights and dog watching when needed
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.
• Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 12PM to 8PM (Can be flexible for the right person)
