Executive Assistant / Bookkeeper

Established Principal living in Boulder, CO is looking for a full-time experienced Executive/Personal Assistant - Bookkeeper to work out of her main residence in Boulder.  

The ideal candidate must have utmost discretion, reliability and honesty.  Must be loyal, trustworthy, dependable,  motivated, cheerful, a self starter.  You will be required to sign an NDA as part of the onboarding process.


Job Responsibilities:
* Handling personal finances as well as finances for a small family business.
* Collect and open mail daily
* Research and book travel arrangements
* Check PO box in Longmont weekly
* Pay bills, make deposits
* Check on her properties 
* Organize office and files
* Organize and declutter 
* Run errands
* Communicate with the family Accountant when needed

 The Principal is open to a part-time (3 days a week)  or full-time Assistant (5 days a week).  

Compensation:
$30/hour
