Full time Nanny Needed in Mahwah, NJ
Loving family is seeking a full-time nanny to care for their sweet 1-year-old daughter. The ideal candidate will be warm, intentional, and detail-oriented, with a passion for child development. This role requires someone who can provide nurturing care, maintain a safe and clean environment, and actively contribute to their child's early growth & milestones.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM (40 hours/week). Flexible for different schedule (ex: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve nutritious, varied meals for the baby.
• Change diapers and maintain the baby’s hygiene.
• Take daily walks with the baby (twice per day).
• Spend quality time playing, reading, and engaging in developmentally appropriate activities.
• Ensure the baby’s spaces are clean, organized, and well-maintained, including the nursery, playroom, toys, books, playpens, and eating areas.
• Cook healthy meals specifically for the baby.

Ideal Candidate:

• Prior experience caring for young children with strong motherly instincts and a focus on early development.
• Passionate about childcare and creating a calm environment.
• Comfortable around pets (we have a mini golden doodle).
• Reliable, dependable, and proactive in meeting the baby’s needs.

Compensation:  $30/hour, with a guaranteed 40 hours/week, 2 weeks of PTO, and paid major holidays.
