Full Time Household Manager/Executive Assistant Needed in Bay Village, Ohio

Location: Bay Village, Ohio (with travel to Oberlin and Marblehead, OH)

Position Type: Live-Out (local candidates preferred)

Start Date: Immediate! ASAP Start date, but flexible for the right fit.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9AM–5PM, with flexibility to stay later 1–2 evenings per week (Schedule planned a month in advance).

Salary: $30–$40/hour, W-2 employment.

Benefits: Full benefits package, including medical, 401(k), PTO, 5 sick days, paid major holidays, and car provided for work-related duties.

About the Family

A welcoming and active family of six with two sets of twins (7-year-old boys and 9-year-old girls) is looking for two skilled professionals to support their dynamic household:

1. Household Manager/Executive Assistant

2. Family Assistant/Nanny

The family primarily resides in Bay Village and Oberlin, with summers spent at their lake condo in Marblehead. Both roles require a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can ensure smooth operations across the family’s properties.

Position 1: Household Manager/Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

Household Management:

• Oversee daily operations of the family’s homes.

• Manage household inventory, shopping, errands, and coordination with the farm/property manager and other household staff.

• Identify opportunities to improve household organization and create systems for efficiency.
• Work with Family Assitnat/Nanny to ensure that homes remain organized and tidy. 

Executive Assistant Duties:

• Prepare documents and materials for meetings.

• Send meeting reminders and preparation materials.

• Schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.

• Handle email management, expense reporting, and project management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Household Manager, Executive Assistant, or similar role.

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to anticipate needs.

• Strong administrative and communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Ability to commit long-term (ideally 10+ years).

Additional Information:

• Both positions require regular travel between the Bay Village home and the Oberlin property.

• The ideal candidates are self-driven, active professionals who can “run the show” without micromanagement and anticipate the family’s needs.
