Job Title: Guest Services Liaison /Butler
Location: Manhattan, New York, NY
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility for after-hours meetings or special events)
A prestigious sovereign wealth fund office based in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly dedicated and service-oriented professional for a unique, hybrid role that blends the refined responsibilities of a traditional butler with the discretion and organization of a personal assistant in their Manhattan office. This is a high-visibility position within a formal and conservative corporate environment, ideal for someone who is proud to serve, anticipates needs before they arise, and thrives in maintaining an atmosphere of calm professionalism.
Greet and welcome high-level guests, both international and local, with grace and professionalism
Escort guests to their designated meeting rooms and ensure all their needs are met
Prepare and serve beverages and light refreshments throughout the day
Circulate through the office to maintain guest comfort and support executive needs
Coordinate with administrative and facilities teams to ensure meeting spaces are pristine and fully equipped
Provide light personal assistance support as needed, particularly during special events or extended meetings
Maintain discretion, poise, and attention to detail at all times

Discreet & Trustworthy: Proven ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospitality, personal assistant, or butler role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to stay composed and professional under pressure
Knowledge of formal service etiquette is a plus
Authorized to work in the United States
