Job Title: Guest Services Liaison /Butler
Location: Manhattan, New York, NY
Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with flexibility for after-hours meetings or special events)


About the Role:

A prestigious sovereign wealth fund office based in Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly dedicated and service-oriented professional for a unique, hybrid role that blends the refined responsibilities of a traditional butler with the discretion and organization of a personal assistant in their Manhattan office. This is a high-visibility position within a formal and conservative corporate environment, ideal for someone who is proud to serve, anticipates needs before they arise, and thrives in maintaining an atmosphere of calm professionalism.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome high-level guests, both international and local, with grace and professionalism

  • Escort guests to their designated meeting rooms and ensure all their needs are met

  • Prepare and serve beverages and light refreshments throughout the day

  • Circulate through the office to maintain guest comfort and support executive needs

  • Coordinate with administrative and facilities teams to ensure meeting spaces are pristine and fully equipped

  • Provide light personal assistance support as needed, particularly during special events or extended meetings

  • Maintain discretion, poise, and attention to detail at all times

    **There is little to no admin involved in this position**


Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Service-First Mindset: Passionate about hospitality and committed to excellence in guest care

  • Well-Groomed & Presentable: Impeccable appearance and professional demeanor required

  • Background in Hospitality: Experience in 5-star hotels, private estates, or high-end service roles strongly preferred

  • Corporate Savvy: Familiarity with executive office environments and protocol

  • Flexible & Reliable: Willing to accommodate occasional extended hours and special events

  • Discreet & Trustworthy: Proven ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a hospitality, personal assistant, or butler role

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to stay composed and professional under pressure

  • Knowledge of formal service etiquette is a plus

  • Authorized to work in the United States
