Job Title: Full-Time On-Property Handyman
Location: Beverly Hills, CA
Schedule: 40 hours per week (flexibility required based on principals’ travel schedule)

Job Overview:
A UHNW family in Beverly Hills is seeking a skilled and reliable full-time Handyman to maintain their formal residence and ensure all aspects of the property are in top condition. The ideal candidate will have prior experience performing maintenance and light repairs in private homes, be proactive in identifying and addressing issues, and serve as the “eyes and ears” of the property when the principals are traveling.

When the principals are in residence, driving will be required, so the candidate must be a safe and responsible driver with a clean driving record. Occasional travel to the family’s other residences may be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and light repairs, including plumbing, electrical work, painting, carpentry, and general home upkeep.
• Monitor the property for maintenance needs, ensuring systems and appliances are functioning properly.
• Oversee and coordinate with outside vendors and service providers as needed.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property, both interior and exterior, to ensure high standards of maintenance.
• Manage household systems, including HVAC, security, lighting, and irrigation, troubleshooting any issues as they arise.
• Serve as a point of contact for security personnel and other household staff.
• Drive the principals as needed when they are in residence.
• Maintain vehicles in good working condition, ensuring they are fueled, cleaned, and serviced regularly.
• Occasionally travel to other properties for maintenance tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a handyman in a private home setting.
• Strong knowledge of general home maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Safe and responsible driver with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently, anticipate issues, and take initiative.
• Flexibility to adjust to changing schedules based on the principals’ travel plans.
• Discretion, professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to other residences if required.
