Private family with an Estate in Windham, NH is looking to hire a Live-out Property Caretaker/Groundskeeper.  The family would prefer a local candidate but would consider an out-of-state candidate to live off of the property and a stipend will be provided for their rent.  

The Ideal Candidate: The family is looking for a Full-time property caretaker, groundskeeper and maintenance specialist for their private residence . This residence is a summer home and needs significant landscaping and property care throughout the year including care during the winter such as snow blowing and maintaining the property in general with various projects. The caretaker must be a jack of all trades able to perform basic projects and work around the house as well such as painting or other small nonprofessional type home related projects. The main bulk of the workload is the landscaping and property maintenance between March and December 1 of each year.

What Works Best for Family: Would prefer an experienced person that understands how to maintain a high level of gardening and landscaping for Estates.
