Arlington Virginia Professional parents are looking to hire an educated and energetic, experienced Full-Time Live Out Nanny for 4 days week (guaranteed 40 hours) in their home to help care for their baby boy, born Mid-Feb 2025.
Daily responsibilities will be to lovingly care for and assist in providing full care of their son.
Must be able to troubleshoot what is bothering baby, and able to follow the lead of mom (and the NCS who will be leaving) who has been working on a consistent sleeping/eating schedule.
Responsibilities are inclusive of baby's laundry, cleaning/sterilizing bottles/breast pump, clean up after baby, feeding/burping/changing diapers/bathing, calming, soothing, etc.
An all around team-player able and willing to be helpful such as emmptying the dishwasher if needed.

Position Requirements

• Work Hours, 6:00 am- 6:30 pm Guaranteed 40 hours/week, might alternate between 3 longer days or 4 days/week, can be consecutive if it works better for the candidate. Mostly Mon-Thurs, flexible if occasional Wed-Sat.
• MUST have Valid Certifications infant CPR/First Aid
• Languages: English, must be highly communicative
• Experience: Years of Experience and knowledge working with infants
• References: Minimum of 2 References
• Background checks and drug testing upon offer of hire
• Driving YES, Must have own car.  Family has a Doona car seat system for them to use in their own car.

Position Compensation

• Salary: $35.00-$40.00 hour
