Full-Time Nanny needed in Makanda, Illinois ASAP 

Compensation: $25-30+/hour, 40 hours/week
Benefits: 2 weeks PTO, 3-5 sick days, paid major holidays

Ideal Candidate: We are seeking a reliable, hardworking, flexible and enthusiastic nanny who genuinely loves spending time with children and is eager to become a valued part of our family. The ideal candidate will have experience in childcare and should possess a strong work ethic. We are looking for someone dependable and proactive in helping with some household tasks. A valid driver’s license is required, as the role involves driving the children to activities and running errands. 

About the Family: We are a loving family who recently relocated from Washington to Illinois. Mom is a stay-at-home mom who homeschools the older two children, so she will be around most of the time. We have four boys, twin 7 yo, 3 yo, and a 1 yo. We need a nanny who can adapt to a dynamic schedule, sometimes caring for all four children or just one, and assisting with household tasks such as children's laundry, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. The role is Monday through Friday, from 8 or 9 AM to 5 or 6 PM, with some flexibility. This position is live-out, but we are open to providing temporary accommodation, if relocating, for the right candidate if needed.
