Full-Time Temporary Nanny – Wilmington, DE

A private family of three is seeking a full-time, temporary nanny to care for their 2.5-year-old son for three months.

Ideal Candidate:

The family is looking for a nurturing, experienced, and dependable nanny to provide attentive care throughout the workday. Responsibilities include morning wake-up, meal preparation (breakfast & lunch), engaging in play, diaper changes, nap time, and clothing changes. The home is a two-story house with a backyard and swing set, providing plenty of space for outdoor play.

Position Details:

• Duration: 3 months
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $35 per hour
• Location: Live-out position

Responsibilities:

• Care for 2.5-year-old child
• Prepare children's meals
• Engage in play and learning activities
• Maintain daily routines, including nap time and diaper changes
• Drive as needed

Requirements:

• Fluent in English
• Prior childcare experience
• Minimum of two references
• Background check required upon contingent offer
• Warm, playful, and compassionate personality

Additional Information:

• Household: 2 adults, 1 child, 1 cat
• Vacation: 3 days paid
